  Strafford Organic Creamery: One family, One farm

  What Ben and Jerry’s once was in terms of taste and consistency pre corporate buyout by Unilever, Strafford Organic Creamery is, full fat goodness.  Starting with the milk from a herd of 50 Guernsey cows grazing happily on chemical and pesticide free Vermont pastures and all natural organic hand picked ingredients like mint and black raspberries, Earl Ransom and his family make their popular ice cream in small batches one day per week on their farm in Strafford, VT.
