Dine with Design: A Celebration of Farm-to-Table Cuisine to Benefit the Philip Johnson Glass House
On Saturday June 11th, 2011, The Philip Johnson Glass House, a National Trust Historic Site in New Canaan, CT is hosting a benefit event celebrating the connection between land and plate; chef farmer and artisan. The Glass House is a 47-acre campus that celebrates modern architecture, landscape and art, as well as continues the tradition of multi-disciplinary gatherings started by Philip Johnson and David Whitney. Guests on June 11th will tour the property and enjoy dishes from chefs and artisanal producers from throughout the United States that are featured in the cookbook Harvest to Heat: Cooking with America’s Best Chefs, Farmers and Artisans.
